When the brake pedal is stepped on, the output of the relay valve is used as the control working pressure of the relay valve, and the air pressure system can be input. Under the influence of the control environment pressure, the intake valve is pushed open, so we compress the Chinese air by the storage The air cylinder directly enters the brake air chamber through the air inlet of the equipment without passing through the relay valve, which greatly shortens the charging pipeline of the brake air chamber and accelerates the charging time process of the air chamber. Therefore, the relay valve is also called the enterprise acceleration valve.
2. Why the relay valve will be frozen?
Usually in this case, the reasons for the relay valve to be frozen are as follows:
1. The spiral heat pipe is too short, when the compressed air enters the air storage cylinder from the air pump, the temperature cannot drop below 65 degrees Celsius. Compressed air does not contain too much moisture as expected due to high temperature, and enters the valve body, resulting in water temperature below zero and freezing. cause the valve body to block.
2. The drying oven loses its ability to filter moisture from the compressed air. The compressed air does not achieve the purpose of drying, causing the water in the pipeline and valve body to freeze, thus affecting the normal use of the brake.
3. The accumulator periodically releases water without causing the accumulator water and compressed air to enter the inside of the valve body. When the temperature is lower than zero, the inside of the valve body freezes.
3. What should we do if the relay valve is frozen?
When the relay valve is frozen, friends often choose to use fire cards, boiling water, alcohol and other methods to improve the gas cylinder, but it is only a stopgap measure, if the operation is improper, it will cause damage to the body. To fundamentally solve this problem, you can try the following methods:
1. The maintenance and management of a valve body should be done well before winter, and a small amount of vaseline can be smeared inside the valve body to help the lubrication system of the piston in the valve body.
2. Check whether there is water in the gas storage tank, and discharge it regularly. If there is too much water, consider replacing the dry tank.
3. Check that the compressed air in the gas store is well cooled, if the compressed air is too hot, extend the length of the coil.
Note: There will be many problems on the northern winter roads. Temporary maintenance of cold hands and feet is an important part of the brake valve that it is difficult for me to continue as a vehicle. It usually needs to be checked and fully maintained to avoid problems.
