Production Overview

The pump throttling components use advanced flow simulation technology to ensure reliable pump design and high operating efficiency. The anti-corrosion and wear-resistant metal and rubber materials specially developed for flue gas desulfurization pumps are proven to ensure long-life pump operation. By adjusting the bearing components to change the position of the impeller in the pump chamber, efficient pump operation can be achieved at all times. The pump is characterized by a simple and advanced rear disassembly structure.

Maintenance and repair are easy, only the inlet and outlet pipes need to be dismantled. The container type mechanical seal specially used for desulfurization process is adopted for reliable operation.

Main features

1. The pumps are designed with post-combination structure system. They are simple in structure, easy to maintain, no need to disassemble the inlet and outlet pipes of the pump. The end bearing adopts imported tapered roller bearings, and the driving end adopts two cylindrical roller bearings with thin oil lubrication. Extend the working conditions of bearing life.

2. The mechanical seal is designed according to the structural characteristics, slurry characteristics and application characteristics of the desulfurization pump. It is set mechanical seal. It has good performance and long service life.

3. The wet part adopts advanced flow simulation analysis in the design process to ensure reliable and high efficiency of the pump. The customer can adjust the bearing parts in the pump impeller to fit the pump cavity position, so that the pump is always in efficient operation.

4. The pump's FGD (Flue Gas Desulfurization) equipment is made of stainless white iron, a new material developed by our company. The new material has remarkable corrosion and wear resistance. The pump, pump cover and splicing plate are pressurized parts and made of ductile iron. The impeller and suction cover are made of A49 duplex stainless steel white cast iron. The cover liner, frame plate liner and back liner materials are natural rubber with naturally good wear resistance, light weight and relatively low cost.

Mainly used for flue gas desulfurization in power plants and steel plants.

Used in power plant absorption tower circulation pump to transport corrosive slurry.
