(1) Adjustment of the temperature of the shrinking machine:

The power of the PE shrinking machine is generally about 20-40KW, and the setting temperature is also relatively high, generally about 180°-220°, depending on the thickness of the material, the speed of conveying the product, the size of the air volume, and the temperature. , If the product is not resistant to high temperature, you can use low temperature and use thin shrink film. If the thickness of the shrink film is increased, the temperature needs to be increased, and the power of the shrink machine needs to be larger. The speed of conveying the product increases and the temperature increases accordingly, otherwise it decreases, and the air volume increases and the temperature decreases accordingly, and vice versa. The power of POF and PVC shrinking machines is generally 5-20KW, and the temperature is generally set at about 140-°160°. The adjustment is basically the same as that of PE shrinking machines.

(2) Adjustment of conveyor belt speed:

Most manufacturers of conveying will use frequency converters and electronic governors to control the speed. If the product is long, the speed must be slow, and the conveying of the shrinking machine should be long. Generally, it should be adjusted to 20m/min-60m/min. If the product requires very high shrinkage effect, it is recommended to use a longer shrinking machine and use low temperature and slow conveying to meet the shrinkage. Effect. Choose a model with higher power. The temperature setting is high and the conveying speed needs to be accelerated, and vice versa. When the air volume is small, the conveying speed is slowed down, and vice versa.

(3) Adjustment of wind flow:

The size of the air volume is generally controlled by frequency conversion to control the speed of the motor. However, many shrinking machines do not have this function. The strong function also has the adjustment of the wind direction, which effectively blows the hot air to the position where the product needs to shrink. The size of the air volume also has a great influence on the shrinking effect. It is easy to cause the explosion after shrinking to affect the shrinking effect. If the air volume is too small, if the film does not shrink well in a short period of time, fish scales will appear on the surface. The size of the air volume is also related to the size and angle of the wind wheel. The higher the temperature, the smaller the air volume, and vice versa, the faster the speed, the larger the air volume, and vice versa.

Therefore, the adjustment of the heating mechanism, the blowing mechanism and the conveying mechanism of the shrinking machine are all mutual. Changing one parameter will affect the setting of other parameters. The specific details should be determined according to the product characteristics, the type and thickness of the shrinkable material, and the production capacity requirements. Finely adjust each parameter to achieve a smooth and beautiful shrinking surface, and there will be no cracks, wrinkles, etc. after shrinking.
