As a flameproof cables supplier, I'd like to share it with you.
Fire resistant cable is a new type of cable with a seamless copper tube sheath on the outer layer, mineral crystal powder in the middle as the insulating material, and a single-strand copper rod as the conductor.
It not only can withstand high temperature, fireproof, explosion-proof and flame retardant, but also has large current carrying capacity, small outer diameter, high mechanical strength and long service life. In addition, fire resistant cables generally do not require separate grounding conductors. Its specifications mainly include single core, three cores and four cores. Among them, single-core to four-core mineral cables are mainly used for power and lighting.
Conductors can be divided into bare copper, copper-plated, copper-clad steel, copper alloy, copper foil wire, etc.
Conductor resistance is small, easy to oxidize copper plating---enhanced oxidation resistance.
Enhanced oxidation resistance, convenient for subsequent welding of silver-plated copper---strong conductivity, high price, mostly used in radio frequency cables and fluoroplastic high temperature wires.
High strength, often used for overhead cables.
High strength (less other metals are added to copper).
Strong bending resistance and high softness (the copper is pressed into a thin sheet and then wrapped on the elastic fiber).
In order to improve the strength of the conductor, a method of twisting multiple copper wires is usually adopted.
Commonly used insulation materials include PVC (PolyVinyl Chloride), SR-PVC (Semi-rigid PVC), PP (Polypropylene), PE (Polyethylene), Foam-PE, Foam-PE+ Skin, etc., as well as the latest magnesium oxide mineral insulators.
