The vector control technology is based on the DQ axis theory. The basic idea is to decompose the motor current into D axis current and Q axis current. The D axis current is the excitation current and the Q axis current is the torque current. The excitation current and torque current of the AC motor are controlled separately, so that the AC motor has similar control characteristics as the DC motor. It is an ideal control theory designed for the AC motor, which greatly improves the control characteristics of the AC motor.

High-performance vector control frequency drive has the following advantages:

Frequency Drive

Frequency Drive

a. Large low-frequency torque, stable output

b. Torque dynamic response is fast, high stable speed accuracy

c. Quick deceleration

d. Powerful anti-interference

e. Multiple encoder types and interfaces: resolver Resolver, SIN/COS, incremental ABZUVW

f. Multiple communication protocols and interfaces: MODBUS, Ethernet, CANopen, EtherCAT, Pdofibus-DP

g. Safety function: Safe Torque Off STO

h. Built-in braking unit

i. Common DC bus design

j. Zero-clearance installation method

k. Can be re-developed
