How Orioles Use Chain Link Fence to Practice Becoming the New "DL"’

When it comes to chain link fence, what do you think of? Fences, protection, animal cages, um, these are some common uses, so what else is it for hidden uses that we can't reach?

DL Hall was the number one player for the 2017 Draft Orioles and one of the most promising left-handed pitchers in all baseball games, but his slashback injury ended his month of play.

In the 2020 coronavirus pandemic, the minor league season was cancelled, and Hall spent precious development time on rehabilitation training. It turns out that the waiting time for returning to the arena/cemetery in a real game is much longer than he thought. He will spend the entire Double-A Bowie in 2020, putting the 22-year-old left-hander on the cusp of this year's Triple-A Norfolk Major League.

Instead, he spent a whirlwind year of development. He changed his life, from the chain link fence thrown into Valdosta’s home, to development at the team’s alternative training location and the high-tech Wake Forest Pitching Lab. A data-driven facility experience on a venue to achieve this goal helps reshape Orioles beginner Matt Harvey.

"Knowing that I have been working for a whole year is really a great feeling, and it also makes you excited to show it off, because fans in Baltimore and similar people basically haven't seen the new DL.", Hall said . "It's always exciting. I'm ready to show it on the spot."

Chain Link Fence has accompanied DL through his most difficult time. Now DL has recovered his strength. We believe that DL will successfully walk out of his own path in the baseball world.
