What Is Melamine Faced MDF? ... Generally, the melamine covered MDF core consists of wood fibres. That gives it a flat and smooth surface, dimensional stability, high density, and features that make it easy for processing. You can get it in different thickness, decorative finishes and designs to one or both sides.
Melamine Faced MDF is a decorative purpose panel which is produced of impregnated paper and MDF board which is pressed under temperature and pressure for a certain period of time.
Melamine MDF can be used for a wide range of applications, including kitchen, bathroom, bedroom and office furniture, exhibitions (displays, stands, kiosks) and come in a variety of fashionable designs and textures.
We have more than 100 designs and colors are produced with 20 different surfaces to obtain the nearest surface to be dyed in various textures. We have available in a wide range of white, solid, wood grain and fancy colors either on single sided, double sided or a combination of designs.
