Special Issue on the Role of Plant Growth Stimulants in Sustainable Agriculture

Journal of Modern Agriculture and Biotechnology’s Special Issue “The Role of Plant Growth Stimulants in Sustainable Agriculture” is soliciting contributions now, focusing on the application of plant growth stimulants in sustainable agriculture.

Brief Introduction of Journal

Journal of Modern Agriculture and Biotechnology (JMAB, ISSN 2788-810X), published by the Innovation Forever Publishing Group Limited, is a peer-reviewed open access quarterly journal striving to provide an online academic exchange platform for researchers and readers in the fields of agriculture and biotechnology.

Brief introduction of Special Issue

Plant Growth Stimulants are compounds that can promote the division, differentiation, and growth of plant cells, such as 2,4-D, NAA, GA, brassinolide, forchlorfenuron, and so on. They can promote the growth of vegetative organs and the development of reproductive organs, thus playing an important role in agricultural production. However, if it is not used properly, it may reduce crop production, or even lead to drug residues and environmental pollution. Sustainable development requires harmonious coexistence between man and nature, and the development of sustainable agriculture is inseparable from the rational use of Plant Growth Stimulants. Hence, taking "The Role of Plant Growth Stimulants in Sustainable Agriculture" as the theme of the Special Issue, JMAB solicits original research or review articles from all agricultural science and technology professionals worldwide to show the latest research achievements of Plant Growth Stimulants in sustainable agriculture.

The topics of the Special Issue will include but not limited to the following keywords: Abiotic stresses; Biotic stresses; Plant growth promoters; Plant growth regulators; sustainable agriculture; Rhizobacteria, endophytes; Biofertilizers; Climate change; Agricultural biotechnology; Molecular markers.

We welcome scholars interested in interdisciplinary research perspectives to contribute to a better understanding of the application of plant growth stimulants in sustainable agriculture. We especially welcome the relevant contents that have not been previously comprehensively understood or studied in the context of sustainable agriculture. We also encourage scholars to participate critically and even challenge the status quo of "sustainable agriculture".
