Are LED lights suitable for bedrooms? And which ones to choose?

7 benefits of installing LED lights in your bedroom

1. They require the least energy

Your bedroom is your private sanctuary where all good things happen after a long day. You want to massage your mind, body and mind as cool as possible to get you ready for the day ahead.

To achieve this, however, you usually need to have two different bulbs emitting different color temperatures. Perhaps the bulb in your bedside lamp emits a warmer color temperature, and the bulb in your ceiling lamp emits a cooler color temperature.
