Dry ice trucks are the first choice for ice cream vending trucks. This is because dry ice is more effective at keeping things cool than the other two methods. When this ice melts, unlike ordinary water, it dissipates into the air. The vending car has no mechanical parts inside, so the vehicles tend to be cheaper than their counterparts. It is important to note that handling dry ice can be dangerous and must be handled with care.

The removable shelving trolley contains cartridges that are frozen in an external freezer and then used in the trolley. Cartridges should be frozen in commercial refrigerators and then placed in vending vehicles. Once the cartridges have melted, they can be frozen again.

The cold board car works through a rechargeable battery. You'll charge the cart overnight and you'll get a full day's use without the need for dry ice or ink cartridges. These vehicles can stay cool in high temperatures.
