How we make black annealed iron wire in China?

Firstly, we need use wire drawing machine to draw the low carbon iron wire rod to different thickness. For Brazil market, client need BWG18, 1.25mm or 1.24mm, 1kg per coil, two strands wire twisted together.

The second, we use electrical furnace to do heat treatment with high temperature. In few hours, the wire will be more soft than before, which is callded annealing.

Many usuage of the wire furnace, steel nail also need it, make the nail making wire annealed, then more flexible and easy to cut.

The Third, we use small iron wire coil making machine, to packing wire into different weight. some like 1kg per roll. or 5kg per roll, some 30kg per roll. 

Sometimes single wire, some time need twisted wire, or five strands, six strands, twisted in one as foto.
