4) The drilling tools should have good single-action performance, good concentricity, intact fillets, no damage and no bending.

5) The drilling tools should not be allowed to go directly down to the bottom.

6) Keep the bottom of the hole clean.

Reasonable selection of parameters

1) Before the new bit is put into the hole, the outer diameter of the reamer should be properly matched, and the inner diameter of the bit should correspond to the diameter of the core.

2) The size of drilling technical parameters should be adapted to the rock formation to be drilled and adjusted according to the consumption of unit bit feed.

3) The dirty emulsion detergent should be frequently replaced with clean emulsion. Punching should be done before drilling to reduce bit wear and lubricate the drill pipe.

4) Selection of drill bits: In addition to the selection as specified, special attention should be paid to the use of bits with a casing hardness of about HRC45 to 50 for broken formations and softer casing hardness and fine mesh or fine grain table insert bits for slippery formations.

5) Observe the pressure gauge of the drilling rig frequently and insist on using the pump pressure gauge, power current gauge and power sound to grasp the situation in the hole and adjust the drilling parameters in time.

6) Adopt rope coring drilling technology to reduce the wear and tear of the drill bit scanning the hole, the damage of the screw falling off and the chance of collision with the hole wall.
