1. Turn the DC and pulse switch to pulse. This switch is used to switch the output of the welding machine to DC or pulse. When the switch is in DC, the output of the welding machine is DC, otherwise, it is pulse output. It must be placed in DC state during manual welding.
2. "Base current" adjustment knob: This knob works in pulse state. Used to adjust the magnitude of the arc current maintained during pulse welding.
3. "Pulse frequency" adjustment knob: this knob only works in pulse state, it is used to adjust the number of pulse welding current (fast or slow). The higher the pulse frequency, the denser the welding ripple, and vice versa, the thinner it is.
4. "Pulse Width" (Duty Cycle): This knob only works in the pulse state. It is used to adjust the duration of the pulse welding current. The wider the pulse width, the relatively wide and deep welding seam, otherwise it is narrow and shallow.
Pulse duty cycle: It is only used during pulse welding. It affects the width of the heat-affected zone during welding.
Pulse frequency: It is only used during pulse welding, it affects the amount of fish on the welding scar
Pulse current: It is actually the pulse amplitude, which affects the depth of the molten pool.
Lag off time: It is a setting for argon to delay the off time. Generally, it is fine to adjust to 4.
