Product characteristics and selection requirements of the cable:

1. It has good resistance to low temperature and abrasion, as well as fatigue resistance, weathering resistance, microbial resistance, and excellent corrosion resistance to oils and chemicals. Ordinary cables do not have wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

2. Excellent torsion resistance and bending performance: the special cable for wind power generation can withstand four rotations of the positive and negative rotations once, the torsion angle is 360°, and the number of times is not less than 3000 times under the low temperature environment of -40℃. The test requires that the conductor of the special cable for wind power generation does not break and the surface of the sheath does not crack after the test. Ordinary cables are not suitable for twisting at low temperatures.

3. The applicable ambient temperature is -45℃~+110℃, and the operating temperature is -40℃~+110℃. The operating temperature of ordinary cables is 0℃~70℃.

4. The laying temperature of cables is not lower than -30℃, and the laying temperature of ordinary cables is not lower than 0℃;

5. Cable bending radius: the fixed installation of the torsion-resistant cable for wind power generators is not less than 4 times the outer diameter of the cable, and the mobile installation is not less than 5 times the outer diameter of the cable. The bending radius of ordinary cables is 20 times the outer diameter of the cable.
