Difficult to lead mold



(1) Improper temperature control of the machine head: the temperature of the machine head should be adjusted appropriately.


(2) Uneven output of the die: The temperature of the head connector should be adjusted appropriately while adjusting the gap of the die.


(3) The molten material contains coke impurities: purify the raw materials and clean the head and screw.


(4) Improper control of extrusion process conditions: the process conditions should be adjusted appropriately.



Bubble tube skew



(1) The temperature of the fuselage and die is too high: lower it appropriately.


(2) The temperature of the head connector is too high: reduce it appropriately.


(3) Uneven die output and uneven film thickness: Adjust the gap between the die and the temperature of the head connector appropriately.



Flowering on the surface of the film



(1) The temperature of the fuselage or the nose is low, and the melt plasticization is not good: appropriately increase the temperature of the fuselage or the nose.


(2) The screw speed is too fast: slow it down appropriately.


(3) Screw temperature is too high or too low: by adjusting the flow rate of the cooling medium in the screw, the screw temperature is controlled within a suitable temperature range.

(1) The clamping force of the traction roller is too small, or the rotation speed of the traction roller is affected by the regular changes of mechanical transmission resistance: appropriately increase the clamping force of the traction roller, and repair the mechanical transmission part of the traction device to make the rotation speed of the traction roller stable .


(2) The traction speed is unstable and the wind pressure of the cooling air ring is too large: For this, the traction speed should be adjusted to make it run stably; the wind pressure of the air ring should be appropriately reduced.



Bubble tube swing



(1) The temperature of the melt is too high: appropriately lower the temperature of the Film Blowing Machine's body and head.


(2) The cooling efficiency of the cooling air ring is too low: appropriately increase the air pressure and air volume of the air ring.


(3) The friction between the bubble tube and the chevron splint is too large: appropriately increase the angle of the chevron to reduce the contact area between the bubble tube and the splint.


(4) The temperature of the machine head is too low, the material is difficult to discharge, and the film bubble jumps: appropriately increase the temperature of the machine head and increase the screw speed.



Poor transparency



(1) The temperature of the fuselage or the nose is too low: increase appropriately.


(2) Insufficient cooling of the bubble tube: improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling system, increase the air pressure and air volume of the air ring, and appropriately reduce the extrusion speed.



Film wrinkles



(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.


(2) Insufficient cooling or uneven cooling: enhance cooling efficiency or appropriately reduce molding speed.


(3) Misalignment of the herringbone splint or traction roller with the center of the machine head: recalibrate the center line.



Poor film opening



(1) The temperature of the fuselage and the nose is too high: lower it appropriately.


(2) The clamping force of the traction roller is too large or the traction speed is too fast, and the cooling is poor: reduce the clamping force or reduce the traction speed.


(3) Poor cooling: improve the cooling efficiency of the cooling system


(4) The amount of lubricant is too small: add an appropriate amount of internal lubricant


(5) The amount of plasticizer is too much: reduce the amount and use high-efficiency plasticizers as much as possible.



Uneven winding



(1) Uneven film thickness: adjust the film thickness.


(2) The clamping force of the tractor is uneven, and the film is off-track: adjust the clamping force to make the clamping force on the roller surface uniform.


(3) The air in the bubble tube is entrained into the diaphragm, causing wrinkles: adjust the clamping force of the clamp to remove the gas in the membrane tube.



The frost line is too high



(1) The temperature of the machine head is too high: reduce it appropriately.


(2) Extrusion volume is too large: appropriately reduce the screw speed.


(3) Insufficient cooling: increase the air volume of the cooling air ring.
