1. The hydraulic system pressure is not enough

If the efficiency of the hydraulic pump is reduced, the hydraulic pump can be replaced; if it is due to the double directional valve, the first is to increase the pressure value of the overflow valve. If it does not operate, replace the double directional valve.

2. Crawler motor failure

The reasons for the failure of the crawler motor are: first, the pipe is blocked or leaks, and the brake inside the motor cannot be opened, which causes the crawler to not move; the second is that the motor leaks large or the internal failure of the motor causes the motor to not run, or although the motor is running But it is not enough to drive the crawler to run. The treatment method is: if the track does not rotate due to the pilot tube, the pilot tube should be disassembled and checked, or replaced with a new pilot tube. The crawler does not run due to large motor leakage or internal failure of the motor, the crawler hydraulic motor can be replaced.

3. The hydraulic motor is overloaded and the safety valve adjustment pressure is low

4. The internal drive shaft of the crawler reducer is broken or the planetary gears and bearings are damaged

The method of judgment is to disassemble the crawler motor and determine the running performance of the motor. If the motor is intact, it means the internal failure of the crawler reducer; or if it is found that there is obvious noise inside the reducer after the motor is running, and the sound is large and uneven, then It can be concluded that the internal fault of the crawler reducer. The solution is to replace the crawler reducer; if one shaft of the reducer is damaged, the simplest method is to replace only one shaft of the reducer.

5. The track shoe or roller is filled with gravel and hardened

Pressure adjustment method of roadheader cylinder circuit and walking circuit

1. Working pressure of cylinder circuit

Adjustment method: Operate any one of the four-way multiple directional valve to make the corresponding cylinder move to the limit position (be careful not to loosen the handle). At this time, slowly adjust the pressure regulating screw of the overflow valve, and at the same time Observe the pressure gauge, and when the working pressure of the circuit reaches the specified value of 16MPa, tighten the pressure regulating screw and loosen the handle.

2. Working pressure of walking circuit

Adjustment method 1: Turn the six-point pressure gauge to the walking part, disconnect the brake oil circuit (brake the track), block the oil supply pipe, start the star wheel, and then operate the handle of the walking reversing valve to reach the maximum position. Then slowly adjust the pressure regulating screw of the overflow valve and observe the pressure gauge at the same time, so that the working pressure of the circuit reaches the specified value of 16Mpa, then lock the pressure regulating screw and loosen the handle. After adjustment, restore the brake oil circuit.

Adjustment method 2: Hold the cutting head against a bunch, start the star wheel, and then operate the handle of the walking reversing valve to reach the maximum position, then slowly adjust the pressure adjusting screw of the overflow valve, and observe the pressure gauge at the same time. After the working pressure of the circuit reaches the specified value of 16MPa, lock the pressure regulating nail and release the handle.
