Attention Should Be Paid To The Routine Maintenance of Net Welder

1. First of all, using the correct operation method, correct or incorrect operation will directly affect the quality of Welding Machiner. Imagine that if the gear operates correctly but the operator turns left, this will increase the damage to the equipment, so the first thing is the operator’s skill in using the equipment.

2. After using for a long time, the welder should be cleaned regularly. Dust and foreign matter falling on the surface should be removed.

3. Maintenance of relevant parts is also a top priority. Lubricating oil should always be added to mechanical parts, and it is best to maintain each part carefully.

4. In case of abnormal sounds and other abnormal phenomena in the welding process, stop the welding in time for inspection.

5. When the Automatic Net Welding Machine stops working, the power should be cut off in time. If unserviceable for a long time, check regularly, lubricate the parts and lock the control box. Welding machine is mainly used for welding various sizes of steel plate mesh, its welding precision and output is the best choice for mesh welding at present.

Daily Precautions for operators:

1. Before use, please check the plug of the control board, the socket must be firmly inserted

2. The shell of the Wire Mesh Welding Machine must be reliably grounded, and the welding machine should not be exposed to moisture.

3. Adjust the secondary voltage according to the thickness of the welding part. After turning on the power switch, the indicator light should be on.

5. Do not touch the head with your hands to avoid electric shock and scalding.

6. After each operation, repair the photoelectric machine head in time

7. After each work, check whether the nose, springs, lever groups and supporting feet are damaged or loose, and timely restore and repair;

8. After completing each work order, check the electrical control components to see if they are valid. If there is any damage, please replace and repair in time

9. Repair mechanical transmission parts on the day of damage. Communicate with manufacturer to repair as soon as possible

10. Do not open the casing of the control box when it is powered on, not to mention touching all parts of the control box by hand, so as to avoid electric shock.

11. When checking the internal connection and the control panel connection, be sure to cut off the power.

12. Do not touch the components on the control panel with your hands, otherwise electrostatic damage may be caused to the components.

15. Check the wiring in the packing boxes regularly.
