Composition

It is packaged in the form of lyophilized powder in 5 ml. vials. The product is available for purchase in packages – 10 vials in each. The active component is depolymerizing enzyme hyaluronidase, an activity of 1500 c.u.

Liporase Hyaluronidase Application

Liporase can be used for dissolving dermal fillers and dissolving lipo-dissolving injection.

Storage

Store unopened vial in refrigerator at 2° to 8°C (35° to 46°F).

Do not freeze.

The formulated lysozyme is extremely unstable in aqueous solution and should be prepared before use.

Performing an Allergy Test

Perform a patch test on patients: Clean the skin and mark out the test area. Inject Liporase subcutaneously (between skin and muscle) and leave for 20 minutes to assess allergic reactions. Redness following the injection of Liporase (Hyaluronidase) is normal. If there are signs of hives or allergy, treatment with hyaluronidase should cease.

Overdose treatment

The Vianderma excessive injection can cause local edema, allergic manifestations: erythema, nausea, vomiting, dizziness, rapid heartbeat, and decreased blood pressure. Stop the drug promptly and use supportive therapy. First aid can be used adrenaline, corticosteroids, and antihistamines.

Warning

Liporase cannot be injected within 48 hours after the injection of botulinum toxin because Liporase promotes the severe diffusion of botulinum toxin.
