As a Rail Spike Manufacturer, let's share with you the application standards for rail bolts.

According to the relevant railway standards, at least two sets of bolts are required for each rail joint to be fastened, each bolt is tightened to a torque of approximately 400 ft., and the product itself needs to be between 25,000 and 30,000 lbs.

A) Bolts must be properly sized according to the standard and tightened in place.

B) Rail Bolts must use spring pads and nuts.

C) The nut used with the bolt can be selectively mounted on the inside or outside of the rail.

D) When the bolts and fishplates are removed from the rail, the contact surface with the rails should be clean. The threaded part must be oiled.

E) Safety standards require replacement and installation of missing and damaged bolts in the rail connection.
