Algae Killing and Algae Inhibition

Put in copper sulfate, under normal circumstances, it is advisable to put 2~3kg per 1000 cubic meters of water, and put it twice a month (and the following steps can only be done 2 hours after this medicine is put in). However, as the number of swimmers increases, it will bring some organic pollution. Rain will also change the water quality and cause algae growth. At this time, copper sulfate needs to be added again. In addition, if you are dealing with new water, you also need to double the amount of water.

Disinfection

Swimming pool water disinfection generally uses strong chlorinated disinfectant tablets or strong chlorinated disinfectant powder. Use strong chlorine disinfecting tablets or powder for disinfection. It is best to put it in two times, one after the end of the day and the other 1-2 hours before the opening. All chlorine-containing disinfectants are volatile, and the speed of volatilization is directly related to sunlight and temperature. In summer, the sun is violent and the disinfectant is easy to volatilize in hot weather. If the disinfectant is added after the end of the day, due to the relatively low temperature at night and no sunlight, the disinfectant can maintain a longer efficacy, which can more thoroughly and effectively disinfect the water body of the swimming pool; the next day Depending on the opening time of each swimming pool, the residual chlorine can be detected 1-2 hours before the opening. If the residual chlorine is low, an appropriate amount of disinfectant can be added to use the residual chlorine to meet the hygiene requirements. If the disinfectant is added prematurely, the volatilization will be finished soon, and the residual chlorine will not reach the standard by the opening time.

PH Adjuster

Swimming pools use the above-mentioned disinfectants for water disinfection, and the pH of the water will only be low. This is because the aqueous solution of strong chlorin is acidic, so the pH of the water will drop after long-term use. There are also various factors that will reduce the pH value, such as: organic growth; human sweat and saliva; the introduction of aluminum salts (precipitants), and acid rain. The most important one is acid rain. Now the range of acid rain is relatively large and the acidity is relatively low. Sometimes the p-value of rainwater is as low as 4 or so. The national regulation range of the pH value of swimming pool water is: 6.8-8.2, and the best range is 7.6-7.8. First of all, this pH value will not cause irritation to human skin and eyes; at the same time, the most suitable pH for growth of most bacteria, algae and protozoa is 6.5-7.5. Therefore, it is best to control the pH at 7.8. Swimming pools generally use liquid/solid caustic soda to increase the pH value of the pool water, and every 1.0 degree increase will be put in a dose of 10 grams per cubic meter of water. (For example: 1000 cubic meters to increase the pH by 1, you need to add 10 kg of flake caustic soda)

Water purifier

To maintain good water quality in swimming pools, it is best to turn on the circulating filtration system regularly every day to remove suspended solids, algae and other impurities in the water through the sand tank. If this does not achieve good results, then we need to invest in water purifiers. There are two types of water purifier agent, polyaluminum chloride and super blue clarifier. Before adding these two water purifiers, it is best to do an impact treatment first.
