On-off problems (circuits, switches, heating wires), motor problems (winding hair, motor damage), rectifier bridge problems.
Precautions:
1). The heating wire must not be soldered with solder wire, because the temperature of the heating wire is higher than the melting point of the solder!
2). When the Hair Dryer is repaired and installed, pay special attention to adjusting the position of the fan blades and the housing to prevent the fan blades from being jammed. Re-inspect after installation. When the fan blades are found to be stuck, the power supply should be disconnected immediately to prevent the heating wire from overheating and causing new faults!
1). Some hair dryers are equipped with power supply fuses. Check whether the fuse is blown, and if it is, replace it. Otherwise continue below.
2). Check whether the power plug and socket of the Cord Hair Dryer are plugged in, and the contact is poor.
3). Check whether the power cord is broken internally, and whether the solder joints in the handle are disconnected. (Repair or replace the power cord; disassemble the handle and re-solder the solder joints)
4). Check whether the selector switch is severely oxidized, poor contact or whether it is broken. (Polished and wiped treatment or replaced with a new switch)

2). Check whether the power plug and socket are properly inserted and the contact is poor.
1). Check whether the lead wire of the heating wire is disconnected or broken
2). Check whether the selector switch is in bad contact
3). Check whether the screw fixing the heating wire is loose or excessively oxidized and poor contact
4). It may be a short circuit or a broken heating wire. The former can be connected, the latter is difficult to repair, even if the heating wire is connected, the service life will not be too long (note that the heating wire must not be welded with solder wire, because the temperature of the heating wire is higher than the soldering tin. Melting point).
5). If there is no problem with the heating wire, it may be a diode problem.
