The Aluminium Composite Panel is composed of multiple layers of materials. The concave-convex layer is a high-purity aluminum alloy panel, and the middle is a non-toxic low-density polyethylene (PE) core board, and a protective film is pasted on the front side. For outdoor use, the side surface of the aluminum-plastic board is coated with fluorocarbon resin (PVDF) coating, and for indoor use, the side surface can be coated with non-fluorocarbon resin.
There are many varieties of aluminum-plastic panels, and they are a new type of material, so there is no unified classification method so far. They are usually classified according to use, product persistence and surface decoration performance.
The minimum thickness of the upper and lower aluminum plates shall not be less than 0.50mm, and the total thickness shall not be less than 4mm. The aluminum material should meet the requirements of GB/T3880, usually 3000, 5000 series of aluminum alloy plates should be used, and the coating should be fluorocarbon resin coating.
The upper and lower aluminum plates adopt anti-rust aluminum with a thickness of not less than 0.20mm, and the total thickness should be not less than 4mm. The coating is usually fluorocarbon coating or polyester coating.
The upper and lower aluminum plates usually accept aluminum plates with a thickness of 0.20mm and a minimum thickness of not less than 0.10mm. The total thickness is usually 3mm or 4mm. The coating adopts polyester coating or acrylic coating.

The flame-retardant core material is selected to make the product's ignition performance reach the flame-retardant level (B1 level) or non-combustible level (A level); at the same time, the performance policy must also be applied for the technical purpose of the aluminum composite panel.
Coating with antibacterial and bactericidal coatings on the aluminum-plastic panel makes it have the effect of tube-bundle microbial activity breeding and ultimately killing bacteria.
The antistatic aluminum composite panel is coated with antistatic paint. The surface resistivity is below 109?, which is lower than the average aluminum composite panel. Therefore, it is not easy to generate ignition and static electricity, and dust is not easy to adhere to its outline in the atmosphere.
