When the internal structure of the model's engine is a front-rear drive and a manual gearbox, the gearbox must be disassembled when the internal seals are replaced, and at the same time carefully check whether other accessories have disassembly problems to avoid other losses. Then remove the pressure plate of the flywheel. After the flywheel, we can see the crankshaft seal. When removing the pressure plates, unscrew the pressure plates one by one to fix the diagonal bolts. Because of the relationship between the springs, the fixing bolts on the pressure plate must be loosened diagonally one after another, otherwise the spring will be easily damaged and deformed, because the clutch friction plate is fixed by the spring, so disassemble The process should be careful.

After the disassembly is prepared, replace the crankshaft seal. The replacement process should be slightly uniform. For example, light installation, tapping, and even placement, the surface of the seal cannot be scratched, and the tension spring inside the new seal is cut a short paragraph to achieve better sealing. Then we can check it again, then install the gearbox, flywheel and pressure plate friction plate back to restore the interior of the car.
