1. When running 12000km for secondary maintenance, the engine oil sump should be assembled to check the engine bushing usage. If the individual bushing clearance is too large, it should be replaced, and the connecting rod bolt should also be replaced. If you find that the engine is running unevenly and there is abnormal noise during normal operation, you should stop it for inspection.

2. High-strength Hex Bolt should check the newly replaced connecting rod bolts during each maintenance. Pay attention to the head of the high-strength Hex Bolt, the guiding part, whether there are cracks or dents in the thread parts, and whether the tooth shape and pitch of the thread are abnormal. There are abnormal situations that should be resolutely avoided.

3. When assembling the connecting rod cover, apply a torque wrench and tighten according to the specified specifications to prevent the torque from being too large or too small.

4. Select the high-strength Hex Bolt of the connecting rod produced by the supporting factory.
