Gear Shaft

When combined with the supporting surface, no paper or copper should be used in the middle. Advance payment: When clamping the compacted tooth blank, the pressing surface should pass through the supporting surface instead of hanging on the supporting surface. Use proper pressing force to avoid deformation of the workpiece during pressing.
(3) Suitable hob holder. When the installation angle of the tool post is exactly equal to the helix angle of the hob, only straight cylindrical gears are processed.
Each gear shaft material is different, and the cutting fluid required is also different. The cutting fluid has its own advantages. For example, for the gear shaft of 40 chromium, a composite cutting fluid should be used. It mainly has the following functions:
① The cutting fluid can wash away the debris and other dirt in time, so as to avoid the phenomenon of splashing the operator or scratching the machined surface when the debris and dirt are not treated in time.
② Increasing the flow of clean cutting fluid can make the machined tooth surface smooth and reduce the roughness of the tooth surface, thereby reducing noise
③In the engineering of gear shaft hobbing, by pouring cutting fluid during cutting, the hob can work at a certain constant temperature under the action of the cutting fluid, avoiding the phenomenon of rapid cold and rapid heating of the hob, because the cutting fluid has lubrication And the role of cooling.
