In the process of use, the Aerial Platform Lift Trucks is often encountered with the lifting failure. The cause of this failure may be the power supply line of the equipment, the control line problem or the control device. In addition to the ascent failure, there are safety hazards such as the inability of the hook to descend, the inflexible use of the hook, and the crack of the hook. As a common fault in crane faults, it is important to have a correct understanding of hook faults.
The hook is the most common pick-up device on the Truck Mounted Crane, which bears the heavy load during lifting. During operation, once the hook is damaged and broken, the consequences will be disastrous. Causes the hook to crack or break. In order to ensure the safety of use, it must be operated strictly in accordance with regulations when using it, and overloading is strictly prohibited. During the inspection, scientific analysis and processing should be carried out on the opening degree of the hook, the wear condition and the corresponding safety device.
(1) When repairing the Crane Trucks, disassemble and inspect the hooks, shafts, horizontal single-beam bridge cranes, pulleys, bearings, and clean and lubricate them. The hooks must not be cracked, otherwise, handle them according to regulations. The threaded part should be tight and the bearing is not damaged. When turning the pulley, if there are knife marks or cracks at the thread undercut groove, it should be scrapped and replaced.
(2) Check the wear condition of the dangerous section. When the wear degree is greater than 10% of the original height, it will be regarded as scrap and replaced.
(3) Test the hook after the overhaul. Suspend at 1.25 times the rated load for more than 10 minutes. The elastic opening of the hook mouth is not more than 0.25% of the original size, and there is no deformation or crack after downloading.
(4) After the board hook is riveted, the gap between the board and the board is not more than 0.3mm.
