Based Dye Ink are inks that use dyes as the color base, and are also the inks currently selected for most inkjet printers.
Pigment-based inks are inks based on pigments.
Water-based ink uses water and water-soluble solvents as the main components to dissolve the color base.
Oil-Based Ink uses non-water-soluble solvent as the main component to dissolve the color base.
Based Dye Ink
1. Temperature: In order to ensure the fluency of the ink and the printing effect, the indoor temperature should be kept at 18℃-25℃, and the humidity should be kept at 40%-60%.
2. Ink should be purchased directly from the equipment purchaser. Do not directly purchase from unknown sources to avoid clogging the nozzles and lowering the print quality due to the purchase of inferior ink.
3. When using transfer ink, the paper used for transfer should use high-quality paper to avoid product quality degradation due to poor transfer performance.
4. UV inks should be used with UV curing lamps. The power of UV curing lamps should not be too high or too low. The printing medium should not be deformed after printing and the UV ink should be cured firmly.
5. If you do not use the equipment for printing for a long time, the ink generated in the equipment will precipitate. Clean the nozzles before using the equipment. If necessary, use special cleaning fluid to clean the entire pipeline of the equipment and replace all the ink tanks in the first level. ink.
6. The ink is chemically synthesized. For people who are prone to allergies, do not touch the ink during use. If there is contact, please wash it with water in time. If the situation is serious, you should send the doctor to the doctor for treatment in time.
7. Ink has a warranty period, generally ranging from six months to one year. The specific time depends on the batch number and production date of the ink bottle. If it is found that it has expired or the bottle opening is unclearly sealed, contact the Ink Supplier in time to determine the ink quality.
8. If it is found that the printing quality of the new batch of ink is different from the previous batch of ink, it is necessary to check the ink output status of the nozzle and whether the ink color is incorrectly added to the first-level ink cartridge. If there is still no human-caused problem detected, stop the machine immediately and contact the ink supplier to solve the problem.
9. To clean up excess ink or ink residues in the nozzle, water-based ink must be cleaned up with pure water or distilled water, and it cannot be cleaned up with empty material water or tap water. Solvent ink and UV ink need to be cleaned with special solvent cleaning liquid or UV cleaning liquid, and other chemicals cannot be used for cleaning. If you do not understand the cleaning process, you need to call the equipment supplier to solve it.
10. In some printing situations, the printed materials are not effective. Don't blindly infer that there is a problem with the ink.
