When static data is equalized, the discharge is just a small rechargeable battery.
2. The active equalization method transfers the kinetic energy of the rechargeable battery to the battery with a lower working voltage according to the consumption of the resistance when recharging the battery.
The key feature of the active equalization method is the DC//cd/cd dual digital power amplifier equalizing power supply circuit. In the whole process, it has high efficiency, battery charging and discharging and static data equalization, large equalizing current and fast balancing speed, but there are two problems: 1. The technology is complicated, the cost increases, and it is difficult to complete;
3. The internal equalization method is to use bms during the entire charging process, adjust and run the battery charging operating voltage optimization algorithm according to the current, so that the charging capacity of each single rechargeable battery in the lithium battery is basically the same. The internal equalization technology is simple, there is no kinetic energy damage, no extra battery charging process, no harm to the number of battery cycles, no hardware configuration machine equipment, but if the battery charging phase distance is large, it takes a long time to equalize.
The inconsistency of rechargeable batteries comes from the resistance, volume and transaction volume of the battery, and the traditional consistency evaluation method and equalization method as a safeguard measure cannot reasonably increase the energy capacity of the lithium battery, so it cannot improve the consistency of the lithium battery The negative impact of the problem on the application of combined rechargeable batteries.
