Corrosion Resistant Disc Springs
Corrosion Resistant Disc Springs, made of stainless steel, such as SUS301, SUS302, SUS316, 17-4PH, 17-7PH, 15-7Mo, their resistant to corrosion is higher than general Disc Springs made of spring steel, so they also be known as "Stainless Steel Disc Springs". Stainless Steel Disc Springs are also widely used in National Defense, Metallurgy, Petrochemical, Wind Power, Engineering, Food Processing Equipment, etc.
In addition to Stainless Steel Disc Springs , High Temperature Disc Springs, Cryogenic Disc Springs are suitable for high temperature or Cryogenic applications, you can choose according to the application requirement.
Corrosion Resistant Disc springs manufacturer are designed & manufactured according to DIN2092 & DIN2093, GB/T 1972-2005, and ISO 19690. The engineers of HEGONG SPRING ® are pleased to design the springs for the specific applications together with the customer’s R&D department. Be free to contact with our engineers.
Cryogenic Disc Springs Material:
301
SUS301 is corrosion resistant material. The strength of such material is obtained by cold rolling, so maximum material thickness is 3mm. Cold rolling will also give the spring some magnetic properties. Situation for SUS301 is soft, Half hard, 3/4 hardness, and full hard.
304
SUS304 is corrosion resistant material. The content of C% is lower than SUS301, low hardness, non-magnetic, good elasticity, and good cold processing effect. Its Corrosion resistance is better than SUS301. And maximum material thickness is 3mm.
316
SUS316 is corrosion resistant material. Because of Mo%, the corrosion resistance of SUS316 is better than SUS304. But tensile strength is lower than SUS301 and SUS304. Because of High Ni %, the corrosion and temperature resistance of SUS316L is better than SUS316. And maximum material thickness is 3mm.
17-4PH
17-4PH is a martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. Because the strength can be obtained by aging treatment, so its material thickness can reach 3mm and above. It can work under- 200 degrees.
17-7PH
17-7PH is austenitic-martensitic precipitation hardening stainless steel. The strength of such material is obtained by work hardening and precipitation hardening. Its Corrosion resistance is higher than 17-4PH. And its material thickness can reach 3mm and above.
15-7PH
15-7PH is precipitation hardening stainless steel. Because of Mo%, its corrosion resistance is better than 17-7PH. However, Corrosion resistance of such precipitation-hardening stainless steels, such as 17-4PH, 17-7PH, and 15-7PH is worse than austenitic material such as SUS301, 304, and 316. But its thickness can reach 3mm and above.
Surface Condition And Corrosion Protection:
Common surface treatment for Hegong Corrosion Resistant Disc Springs is Polish.
