Due to the different using environment, LED screen is divided into indoor and outdoor using, some of the main differences are as follows:

1. Waterproof and dustproof level: natural conditions determine that outdoor use must have high waterproof requirements. Outdoor LED unit boards must be waterproof treated, and a full waterproof box must be used if necessary. Outdoor LED display screen is generally IP67 rated, which is not required for indoor use.

2. Brightness requirements: the brightness (cd/m2) of the outdoor LED display screen is generally between 5500-8000, while indoor LED display screen is generally between 800-1500.

3. Pixel pitch requirements: due to the long viewing distance in the outdoor environment, the general pixel pitch is between P5-P20, while P2-P6 is enough for indoor conditions. Of course, some models can be made with special requirements.
