The main reason for the formation of scale is that the residual inorganic salt in the feed water is in contact with the inner wall of the equipment for a long time and is formed under higher temperature and pressure. How to clean the multi-effect distilled water generator:

(1) For boiler scale, sulfamic acid (NH2SO2OH) can be used, and deionized water is used to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 1%. The pH value is between 1 and 2 and heated to about 60°C. Phosphoric acid (H3PO4) can also be used. Use deionized water to prepare a 2% concentration cleaning solution and heat it to about 65°C.

(2) For silica scale, ammonium difluoride (NH4HF2) can be used, and deionized water is used to prepare a solution with a concentration of 1.5% and heated to 50℃~60℃. It is also possible to use sodium hydroxide + anionic active agent to prepare a cleaning solution with a concentration of 10% and heat it to about 60°C.
