Bushing magnet is magnetic shuttering solutions for precast concrete industry!

In fact, construction market is too small compared to all Neodymium magnet markets, and Neodymium magnet is also too small to extensive construction accessories. Almost none of magnet suppliers have interest or knowledge in the application of magnet in the construction market. We focus our assembly attention on developing and manufacturing Neodymium magnet assemblies for the construction industry, especially precast concrete industry.

If the socket is not positioned accurately during concrete casting or vibrating process, the lifting operation will be effected and then the quality of precast concrete elements and operation safety can't be ensured. The bushing magnet consists of a ring NdFeB (Neodymium-iron-boron) magnet and steel casing. Our bushing magnet is especially designed to conveniently fasten embedded components in precast concrete elements, such as the electric sockets, threaded sleeves, weld-on plates, etc. Simple solutions make efficient work possible.
