There are several types of gloves. The most common is latex gloves, whose basic raw material is natural latex. Others are made from synthetics, such as polyvinyl chloride gloves, which are suitable for people who are allergic to latex. Nitrile gloves equipment suppliers will take an example of latex gloves today and see how it works.
The first is to pour the pigment into the latex and stir, but if you are making that kind of milky gloves, you don't need to add additional pigments.
After mixing well, if you reach into the latex liquid at this time, you can put on a glove for yourself in a few seconds. It's just that it's still fragile, and it just falls off when you tear it off.
On the other side, a large number of hand molds are always ready. Hand molds are usually made of ceramic or aluminum.
In order to thoroughly wash off the latex residue from the previous batch of gloves, the ceramic hand molds must be sent for cleaning first, and then washed with soap and water.
Rinse again with bleach.
Also use this wheel-type cleaning tool to clean the finger seams, because once there is residue, the new gloves made are easy to have holes.
After washing, hand molds need to drip clean water and let them dry thoroughly.
Next, the hand molds need to be coated with a chemical film first. This is because latex liquid cannot directly adhere to ceramic hand molds. Applying a chemical film can help latex adhere.
After soaking in the chemical liquid, the hand mold will really start to "wear gloves". They are hung in rows and immersed in latex liquid while moving on the assembly latex gloves production line.
Different factories have different processing methods. Some projects choose not to move the latex liquid by hand. Rows of hand molds are suspended statically. The container filled with latex liquid is moved up. A gel-like film is formed after it comes out.
At this time, the gel-like film has not been shaped. Take off your gloves and try to tear it off.
So the next step is drying and setting. Professionally speaking, this step is called vulcanization. Some assembly lines are collectively left to dry, and they need to be flipped during the process to bake them collectively.
Some choose to hang in rows and spin to dry. After drying, the latex gloves are basically formed. The next thing to consider is how to remove it from the prosthetic hand. The first step in removing is to press the edge.
They need a whole row of round tools to roll out the corners on the arm. With this corner, the gloves can be easily removed from the artificial hand.
Finally, it's time to take off the gloves. You can choose to remove the gloves manually or operate the machine. Generally, gloves made of synthetic materials need to be manually removed. Such gloves are more sticky and difficult to remove than gloves made of natural latex, so it requires manual labor.
There are also some assembly line operations that are relatively rough, and gloves made of natural latex can be automatically removed by a latex gloves making machine, and it is done by directly rushing down with air pressure.
The manufactured gloves also need to be tested before leaving the factory. First, pull on a stick and inflate the glove to check for holes. At the same time, factories generally take samples for testing, and some samples of the same batch will be sent to another workshop for watering inspection to ensure the quality of the products. The staff wore gloves and carefully held up the freshly prepared gloves. Other factories choose to have workers try them on individually.
After testing, you can pack and leave the factory.
