Measures: The pipeline shall not be buried in frozen soil, shall not be treated with loose soil, the distance between the piers shall meet the construction requirements, and the supporting pad shall be reliable, especially the pipeline-interface, shall not bear shear force. The bricks are built with cement mortar to ensure completeness and solidity.

Taboo 2: The material of the expansion bolt of the fixed pipe bracket is poor, the expansion bolt of the installation hole is too large or the expansion bolt is installed on the brick wall or even the light wall. The installation of expansion bolts should not be larger than the diameter of the expansion bolts by 2mm. Expansion bolts are used for concrete structures.

Taboo 3: Insufficient strength of pipe connecting flanges and gaskets, short connecting bolts, or very thin diameters. The heat pipe uses rubber pads, the cold water pipe uses asbestos pads and uses double pads or inclined pads, and flange liners protrude from the pipe. Consequences: The flange connection is not tight, evenly damaged, and there is leakage. When the flanged liner enters the pipe, it will increase the flow resistance. Measures: The pipeline with flanges and gaskets must meet the requirements of the pipeline design working pressure. Rubber gaskets should be used for the flange bushings of heating and heating pipes; rubber gaskets should be used for the flange gaskets of drain pipes. The flange of the flange should not protrude into the pipe, and the outer ring of the flange bolt hole is appropriate. The flange should not be placed in the middle of the ramp gasket or in several gaskets, the diameter of the connecting flange bolt should be less than 2mm than the flange hole diameter, and the length of the bolt rod should be 1/2 of the nut thickness.
