What is difference between traditional cellophane packing machine and new style ?

As we all know(in this market),the first time,cellophane packing machine was introduced from Guangdong,it is mainly used in packing cigarette becuase once it is wet,it must be abandoned.So we call the previous machine as "cigarette packing machine".

Gradually,many and many manufactures in other industries start to use cellophane packing machine.

As pictures shows as above,we can see difference of appearance,（1） is more complicated and heavy than 2.

We can conlude 2 main advantages of (2 ) compared with (1):

1, Operation : New style cellophane packing machine are easier to operate,it adopt Servo Control system,and PLC,

it has touch screen with all languages,all parameters has been inputted on program before delivery.you operate as phone.But traditional one is rather complicated.

2,Moulds:Both these 2 kinds of machine has a commen :when we need pack another size,we need change moulds.

However,(1) is rather difficult to do this changing,you need change 6-7 parts and its moulds cost is very high!

Different with (1),our new style can easily to finish it,we just need change 4 parts,and moulds fee just need 100-150 usd per set.

Use new style, you can reduce a lots of labor cost and moulds cost.
