A good thickener should meet the following requirements:

Improve the viscosity of the paint and inhibit the separation of the paint during storage,

Reduce viscosity when painting at high speed,

After painting, increase the viscosity of the coating film and prevent sagging.

Storage of paint thickener

The paint thickener should be stored in an environment with a temperature of 5~40℃, and the storage place should be dry and ventilated. If the product accidentally freezes, it should be thawed in warm water and mixed thoroughly. In addition, the paint thickener should also be stored in the original container, or in other glass, stainless steel, plastic or epoxy resin lined containers, not in low carbon steel, copper or aluminum containers.
