Well submersible pumps are divided into four types according to their internal structure: water injection, oil-filled, shielded-off, and dry-type. The material on the inner wall of the motor is divided into three types: water, oil, and gas. The shielded-off motor is filled with Epoxy resin or plastic filler, the external material of the motor is river water. The cooling methods of submersible pumps of various structures are different and can be divided into four basic types.
1. Double water cooling method inside and outside the motor
The inner wall of the water injection submersible sewage pump is injected with water. The motor stator core, motor stator winding, motor rotor core, and rotor winding (motor rotor guide bar and rotor end ring) are all immersed in water and immediately cooled by the body water. The heat generated by the stator iron loss of the motor, the resistance loss of the stator slot winding of the motor, and a part of the resistance loss of the top winding is immediately sent to the river water flowing through the surface of the casing according to the stator core of the motor. Part of the heat generated by the resistance loss of the motor rotor winding and the rotor iron loss is immediately sent to the motor stator through the magnetic density, and sent to the river outside the motor through the motor stator; the other part is sent to the water in the motor rotor cavity. This part of the heat, together with the other part of the resistance loss heat generated by the winding at the top of the motor stator to the inner wall of the water injection and the heat generated by the loss of mechanical equipment, is sent to the motor stator core, housing and bearing by the inner wall of water. It is also sent to the river based on the surface of the motor casing and the bearing with a seat. This type of cooling method with double water cooling inside and outside the motor has a very good cooling effect. Therefore, the temperature rise of the stator winding of the water injection submersible pump motor is generally relatively low.
2. The stator shell of the motor is cooled by water, and the rotor of the motor is immediately cooled by water.
This type of refrigeration method is mainly used for well-shielded deep submersible motors such as QJ deep well submersible pumps. The motor stator of this type of motor is a separate sealed cavity, which encloses the motor stator core and winding, and is filled with epoxy resin or plastic fillers, and the motor rotor cavity is filled with cold water. The heat generated by the motor stator iron loss and the motor stator winding resistance loss is immediately sent to the river water flowing through the shell surface through the shell according to the motor stator core or cavity filling. Part of the heat generated by the resistance loss of the motor rotor winding and the rotor iron loss is sent to the motor stator immediately based on the water in the magnetic density and shielding and then sent to the river outside the motor through the motor stator: the other part is sent to In the water-filled in the rotor cavity of the motor, this part of the calorific value, together with the calorific value caused by the loss of mechanical equipment, is injected into the inner wall and sent to the stator transformer core, housing and bearing of the motor. The surface layer of the bearing and other parts is specially brought to the river water outside the motor.
