First, the binding of prefabricated steel mesh
Generally used in small concrete members, small steel meshes can be bound on the formwork; large steel meshes can be marked on the floor, and then the steel bars can be bound according to the position of the picture. Reinforced mesh with a relatively large area, in order to prevent skewing and deformation during transportation and installation, thin steel bars can be used to tie the diagonally.
(1) The operation sequence of the binding of pre-made Reinforcing Steel Mesh
1. Prepare the lashing tools;
2.Draw lines on the selected floor;
3.Placing steel bars;
4. Begin lashing operation.
(2) Precautions for bundling of prefabricated steel mesh
1. If the reinforcing mesh is only used in a unidirectionally stressed main reinforcement member, only the crossing points of the two rows of reinforcing bars need to be tied point by point, and the intersection of the middle part can be tied in a plum shape at the root;
2. If the reinforced mesh is used as a two-way main reinforcement, all crossing points should be tied firmly;
3. The wire buckles of the adjacent binding points should be in a figure-eight shape to prevent the mesh from becoming distorted;
4. A relatively large steel mesh, in order to prevent skewing and deformation during transportation and installation, thin steel bars can be used for diagonal knotting.

Second, the binding of prefabricated reinforced beams
(1) Preparation of prefabricated reinforced beams
1. Select the appropriate prefabricated banding site. In general, the site can be set in a rebar processing plant or on an open space near the rebar skeleton. However, it must comply with the relevant provisions of the construction layout;
2. According to the type of the skeleton, arrange the triangular reinforcing bar binding frame. The length of the crossbars of the lashing frame should be greater than the width of the frame. In addition, the distance between each pair of lacing frames should be determined according to the reinforcement of the frame.
(2) the use of strapping
1. The steel frame must be used for lashing the steel frame. Whether the structure of the steel lashing frame is reasonable will directly affect the efficiency of lashing.
2. When binding light frameworks (such as lintels, hollow plates, and grooved plate frameworks), single-sided or double-sided cantilevered steel lashing frames are generally used. When this type of lashing frame is used for binding, rebar, steel frame, It is more convenient to put and bind.
3. When tying heavy steel skeletons, two triangular straps can be worn to form a pair of rods, and several pairs of tripods can be used to form a group of steel straps. Because this binding frame is composed of several separate tripods, it is more flexible to use, can adjust the height and width, and has good stability.
Third, the installation of prefabricated steel mesh and steel skeleton
(1) Installation of prefabricated reinforcement mesh and reinforcement framework:
That is, according to the construction requirements, the already-bundled steel mesh and steel frame are installed in the mold of the designed construction site for further casting.
1.Single piece or single prefabricated reinforcing mesh and reinforced skeleton, please pay attention to the correct placement of the mold during installation. After the mandrel is cushioned with a pad with the specified protective layer thickness, the next process can be carried out.
2. When multiple pieces or multiple prefabricated reinforcement meshes and steel frames are used in combination, more attention should be paid to the staggering and overlapping of the joints during installation.
(2) Transportation of prefabricated reinforcement mesh and reinforcement framework
1. Prefabricated steel mesh and steel frame are bound by wire. Compared with welding, the binding cannot be very fastened. During transportation and installation, the lashing points are easy to loosen, or the ties at the tying points are broken due to uneven force, which may cause the prefabricated reinforcing mesh and the steel frame to skew or deform. Therefore, special care must be taken during transportation and installation.
2. When transporting prefabricated and reinforced meshes and frames, the key point to pay attention to is not to deform the meshes and frames. This requires some necessary measures to be taken during transportation or the use of specific means of transportation. In this regard, the solution of the general construction unit is transported by steel bar. The steel bar carrier is 6 meters long and about 0.8 meters wide, which is suitable for the transportation of steel bars and long steel bars.
The above is the reinforcement and installation of steel mesh and steel skeleton introduced by Square Reinforcing Mesh Exporter.
